1.Clean your mouth and dry it,then gently brush your teeth wth toothpaste

2.Apply 1/4 syringe of whitening gel into each side of mouth tray

3.Place the mouth tray over your teeth ,wipe off all gel

4.Put the mouth tray into your mouth,cover your teeth

5.Press the start button to enter into a 10-40 minutes countdown

6.when the light turn off ,remove the mouth tray
