Step 1----Bring a pan of water to boil and remove water from the heat. Place one tray in water holding the tray tab for 3-5 seconds. Remember Ladies and Gents, don't leave the tray in for any longer or it will shrink and remember 1 tray at a time.
Step 2----Place your TEETH WHITENING THERMOFORMING P&W TRAY into your mouth and close your mouth sucking in the air.
Step 3----Use your finger to push against tray to create the impression, you should leave the tray in your mouth for around 10 seconds.
Step 4----After you have completed the steps above, carefully trim your tray with small scissors so they are only touching your teeth, you should also cut off the tab so you can close your mouth with your tray inside your mouth.
Step 5----Place a small drop of gel per tooth into your tray, make sure you don't fill the tray too much as only a little is needed. Place the tray into your mouth. If any gel comes in contact with your gums, wipe if off immediately with a tissue as it can cause a burning sensation.
Step 6----Place the blue light in front of your trays and turn the light on, leave this in for 10-20 minutes.
Step 7----Take out your trays and wash your mouth out, after that clean and dry the tray. Place a small amount of blue remineralizing gel into the tray and place into your mouth again leaving it in for 4-5 minutes. This will keep your smile healthy and protect sensitive teeth.
