STEP 1: 

Open the foil pouch, peal the strip away from backing liner with dry hands in the pouch.

STEP 2: 

Apply the sticky gel on the upper and lower teeth by the help of mirror. 

STEP 3: 

After 30 minutes,remove the strips and wash the gel on teeth.  

1~2 times daily, 30 minutes per time, 7 days is a whitening cycle. If continue 14 days, you can get a much more better whitening effect!
